Eligibility
Items sold are not exchangeable or refundable, with four exceptions:
Wrong item — the merchant sent something other than what you ordered.
Not as advertised — what arrived does not match the specifications, description, features or information shown on the website.
Damaged on arrival — the item was spoiled, damaged or defective upon delivery.
Late — the delivery exceeded the timeline set out in our Shipping Policy.
Evidence
Every claim needs proof, so we ask for:
Unboxing video — clear and continuous, showing the unopened parcel, the shipping label, the packaging and the item received.
First-use video — clear footage of the item being used for the first time, where applicable.
Documents — photographs, order details or other supporting material we ask you for.
Process
Two rules govern the request itself:
Where and when — send it to our customer support team at kul-n-pa@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
What we cannot accept — anything filed after that 24-hour reporting period, or filed without the evidence above.
